Dr. Béatrice Deschênes St-Pierre, MD, MSc, FRCPC, RMSK, Dip Sport Med
Sports Medicine Physician & Physiatrist
Clinical Lecturer, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Alberta
Dr. Deschênes St-Pierre is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound. She is certified in Sport and Exercise Medicine by the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine. She also holds the Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSK) reflecting her advanced expertise in diagnostic and interventional ultrasound.
Her practice focuses on the full spectrum of sports injuries, including tendon, ligament, joint, muscle, and nerve conditions. She uses advanced ultrasound-guided procedures to provide precise, evidence-based care tailored to each athlete.
Beyond her clinical role at Body Restoration, Dr. Deschênes St-Pierre maintains an active academic profile, teaching at both the University of Alberta and Université Laval, and lecturing nationally on musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative therapies, and athlete injury management.
She also brings valuable experience from the field of competitive sport. Dr. Deschênes St-Pierre serves as a team physician for provincial and varsity track & field, consults for Track Canada, and has cared for Olympic athletes. Her international sports medicine work includes providing coverage for the North, Central America & Caribbean Volleyball Confederation Continental Championship and Ultratrail events. This background allows her to bridge high-performance athlete care with the needs of recreational and youth athletes alike.

Physiatrist & Medical Director, Body Restoration
As the Medical Director of Body Restoration, Dr. Rambaransingh brings over a decade of experience in musculoskeletal medicine, with a focus on ultrasound-guided injections, EMG studies, and interventional management of spine, joint, and nerve conditions. He leads the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless integration of medical expertise with physiotherapy, chiropractic, and allied health services.
