Dr Lindsay Hubenig is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty training in Pediatric Rehabilitation focusing on the diagnosis and interdisciplinary management of complex neuromotor and neuromuscular disorders. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta followed by a Doctor of Medicine in her home province at the University of Saskatchewan. She returned to Edmtonton to complete her postgraduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and subspecialty Stollery/Swallow Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation at the University of Alberta and Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. She spends much of her time in tertiary care at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital and Stollery Children’s Hospital providing inpatient consultation, outpatient clinical care and electrodiagnostics for children and adults. She is enthusiastic about bringing this expertise to the community setting at Body Restoration which affords a collaborative atmosphere for the optimization of patient function and wellbeing. Dr Hubenig is passionate about providing patient centered care and education and is elated to be a part of the team at Body Restoration. She was also recently certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. .

She accepts referrals for
– Electrodiagnostics of the peripheral nervous system including nerve conduction studies and electromyography
– General Physiatry Consultation for musculoskeletal ailments in pediatric and adult patients
– Corticosteroid injections for electrophysiologically confirmed median neuropathy at the wrist
– Collaborative Pediatric MSK clinic with Dr Beth Pederson for foot pain in children
– Independent Medical Examinations in children and adolescents.
