Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist
Dr. Bhatti completed his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology & Immunology at the University of British Columbia. He next traveled to Ottawa where he completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2020. He finished his travels in Edmonton and completed his postgraduate residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Alberta. Simultaneously, he completed training in electrodiagnostic medicine and is a Diplomate of the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists (CSCN). He has a keen interested in curriculum design, assessment, and teaching, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Health Sciences Education at the University of Alberta.
Dr. Bhatti is pursuing fellowship training in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine focusing on the diagnosis and interdisciplinary management of complex neuromotor and neuromuscular disorders. His clinical interests include neuromuscular and electrodiagnostic medicine, spasticity management, and musculoskeletal medicine in adults and children, in addition to the broad spectrum of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Bhatti loves basketball and is an avid Toronto Raptors fan, cherishing the 2019 championship win dearly. He enjoys his attempts at playing golf, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and tries to stay active.
