HEALTH CARE SAFETY IN THE NEW REALITY

Relaunch of Body Restoration

We are glad to be back! We are proud to launch our new hybrid service of virtual care and in-person care. This new service is an advanced approach to provide our multidisciplinary services while optimizing safety for patients.
Our new model will utilize our well-received Virtual Health Network to provide important advice to patients from the safety of their home. We will also use this service to determine if procedures or other investigations need to be performed in person. If you need to visit our clinics, we are doing the following to maximize your safety and minimize your risk.

What Are We Doing?

Clinic Configuration
  • Robust clinic signage to screen for COVID symptoms and to educate patients about coughing techniques and hand washing
  • Clean & decluttered surfaces throughout clinics
  • Waiting room configuration to allow for two metre physical distancing
  • Plexi-glass shields at front desk
  • Floor markers in hallways and reception area to encourage physical distancing
  • One direction patient flow through clinics
  • Relocation of staff workspaces to allow for physical distancing

  • COVID screening questions at appointment booking and at clinic arrival
