Samantha (Sam) holds a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a bachelors of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology from the University of Calgary. She treats a wide variety of conditions for clientele of all ages. Samantha utilizes a wide variety of treatment techniques and has taken additional courses in acupuncture (CAFCI), dry needling (IMS), functional movement assessment, Graston technique and manual therapy. Having competed in competitive hockey and lacrosse, Samantha takes a particular interest in sport injuries, injury prevention and return to sport. In addition she also treats women with blocked milk ducts post pregnancy. She enjoys working as part of a multi disciplinary team and co treating with her colleagues, making sure patients receive highly effective treatments and results returning them back to doing the things they love. Samantha takes a functional approach to treatment looking at the whole body and movement patterns to find the cause of dysfunction to correct the problem. Samantha leads an active lifestyle outside of the clinic involving snowboarding, hockey and surfing. In the summer she loves spending time with her family and friends out on the lake and travelling to a new country each winter!
