Adam holds a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a bachelors in Political Science with an emphasis on International Development from the University of Calgary. Adam specializes in assessing and treating a wide range of orthopedic and chronic conditions. Utilizing a variety of manual therapy treatment techniques such as muscle energy technique, active release, and joint mobilizations, and is dedicated to helping clients return to the activities that get them moving. His treatments emphasize teaching proper biomechanics and injury prevention self-management techniques. In particular, Adam enjoys treating geriatric, sports related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. Outside of work, Adam enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and is an avid cyclist. Adam also volunteers weekly treating children with physical and cognitive disabilities for the Calgary Board of Education.
